Salary: ¥6M~¥10.15M

Location: Fully Remote (Japan)

As part of its long-term digital transformation strategy, the company is now building an in-house engineering organization from the ground up. Rather than relying on outsourced development, they are creating internal systems that support the entire business while modernizing legacy platforms with cloud-native technologies and AI.

Unlike joining an already established team, you will help shape the technical foundation from the beginning, participating in technology selection, architecture, and system design.

You will join either the group's system development projects or internal DX initiatives.

Examples include

  • Workflow systems for educational institutions
  • Student management platforms used by over 30,000 users annually
  • Tuition management systems
  • University education platforms
  • Full replacement of legacy systems through scratch development
  • Design and development of in-house MA / SFA / CRM platforms
  • Business process automation
  • AI-powered talent matching systems
  • Deep learning-based automated auditing systems

【Core Requirement】

▼Required Qualifications

  • Business-level Japanese proficiency (N1–N2 equivalent)
  • Experience in software development (any programming language)
  • Understanding of how web applications work from end to end
  • Hands-on development experience

▼Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise application development
  • Experience with cloud, Docker, or container technologies
  • DevOps / CI-CD experience
  • AI or machine learning development experience
  • Experience with legacy system modernization
  • Interest in upstream engineering or Project Management

【Conditions】

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: ¥6M~¥10.15M

Work Location: Fully Remote (Japan)

Office Attendance: Approximately once every six months (nearest branch office)

Working Hours: 8:45–17:45

Break Time: 60 minutes

Overtime: Average less than 9 hours/month

Holidays: Two days off per week (Saturday & Sunday), national holidays

Vacation: Summer vacation, New Year's holidays, and other company leave
