This role will play a critical part in supporting the company's financial strategy and business expansion in Japan.
The Role
- Report directly to regional finance leadership and act as the finance lead for the Japan business.
- Drive financial performance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage accounting operations, closing activities, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner closely with business leaders and global finance teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the local finance team while strengthening financial processes and controls.
Your Skills
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English are mandatory.
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, accounting, and financial management.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or semiconductor-related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
