• Experience leading a development team (even at a small scale) or equivalent experience with significant development discretion.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• A strong understanding of and interest in mobile app UI/UX design. ■ Preferred Qualifications - Experience integrating with BaaS/APIs such as Firebase or GraphQL.
• Experience in designing and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of architectural patterns and state management (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC).
• Experience in developing and operating B2C (to-customer) apps.
• Interest in expanding capabilities to Flutter Web or Flutter Desktop.
