■ Overview
We are a globally distributed engineering organization with teams across multiple regions, building and operating large-scale web-based platforms and business systems.
In this role, you will focus on full-stack development using C# / .NET, contributing to both the improvement of existing systems and the development of new features. The position involves close collaboration with internationally distributed engineering teams and stakeholders.
This is a hands-on development role in a fast-evolving environment where scalability, system integration, and continuous improvement are key priorities.
■ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using C# / .NET
- Refactor and improve existing legacy systems
- Design and implement APIs for internal and external system integration
- Integrate payment services (credit cards, digital wallets, and other online payment solutions)
- Build and maintain integrations with logistics and inventory management systems via APIs
- Extract, process, and structure database data for reporting and dashboards (charts, tables, analytics views)
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to align requirements and delivery plans
- Support both internal operational tools and customer-facing platforms
■ Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C# / .NET for web application development
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development using JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases (MSSQL or equivalent)
- Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
- For non-native Japanese speakers: Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher is required (reading, writing, and speaking are all essential for internal and external communication and requirement understanding)

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or similar
- Open-source contributions or personal development projects
- Interest in software architecture design or technical leadership
- Experience working in distributed or cross-cultural engineering teams
