Backend Engineer — Tokyo

Starting Salary Range: 5,000,000 ~ 10,000,000 JPY

◆Required Experience / Skills

・５+ years of development experience using web frameworks (experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred)

・Experience in development using AI agents

・A user-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value

Experience developing and operating systems using public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

◆Preferred Experience / Skills

Various relational databases

Designing and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

Developing large-scale services or systems

Working on financial systems or related projects

SQL performance tuning

Experience as a PM/PL (Project Manager / Project Leader)
