Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the full-stack development and maintenance of the company's core products, ensuring high performance and stability of the system. Cooperate with the product team and business team, participate in requirements discussions, and design and implement efficient and technical solutions.
2. Optimize the existing system architecture, improve the performance of the front-end and back-end as well as the user experience (UX), and solve various technical problems.
3. Cooperate closely with the team, promote technological innovation, and solve various problems encountered in the process of business development.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields; at least 5 years of experience in back-end or full-stack development, with the ability to independently complete medium-sized projects.
2. Back-end skills: Proficient in at least one back-end programming language (such as Java, Node.js, Go, etc.), and familiar with common back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot.
3. Front-end skills: Familiar with mainstream front-end frameworks such as React, and proficient in component library development and cross-platform technologies. Familiar with the use and optimization of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, understand mechanisms such as distributed systems, caching, and message queues, and be able to proficiently apply them in various business scenarios.
4. Have experience in micro service architecture design and be familiar with API design and development.
5. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, as well as strong professional quality and sense of responsibility.
6. Fluent in Japanese.
