About the Company

Yourstand is a Japan's leading EV charging and mobility infrastructure company working with logistics companies, retailers, and fleet operators.

We provide charging and operation-related solutions for customers including Lawson, Japan Post, and major global e-commerce players. Through these projects, we are increasingly involved in logistics electrification, fleet operations, and site-level mobility infrastructure.

Building on this experience, we are starting a new business focused on autonomous logistics operations in Japan. As labor shortages and operational challenges become more serious in the logistics sector, we are exploring how autonomous solutions can be deployed safely and practically in warehouses, factories, logistics facilities, and industrial sites.

About the Role

Yourstand is looking to speak with experienced robotics, autonomous systems, and mobility engineers who can advise us on the deployment of autonomous logistics solutions in Japan.

We are working on logistics automation, EV charging infrastructure, fleet operations, and site-level deployment for warehouses, factories, industrial parks, and logistics facilities. This role will support technical evaluation and planning in areas such as:

Responsibilities

• Autonomous logistics vehicles and mobile robots
• Robotics / autonomous systems architecture
• ROS / ROS 2 / Autoware or similar systems
• Vehicle platform and sensor configuration
• Remote monitoring and fleet operations
• Safety, testing, validation, and site deployment
• Integration with charging and energy management systems

Qualifications

We are open to different forms of involvement, including technical advisor, part-time contributor, project-based advisor, or future core team member.

Required Skills

Ideal candidates may have experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, mobile robots, industrial automation, vehicle control, perception, localization, planning, simulation, validation, or fleet operations.
