■Position Full-Stack Engineer (Sherpa Engineer)

- Access to the Tokyo headquarters and regional workspaces is also available.
- In-person office visits or client meetings may be required depending on project needs.
■Job Responsibilities
- Issue Clarification & Requirements Definition: Work alongside PMs to clarify and structure the underlying "Why" behind client needs.
- Product Development, Design, & Implementation: Handle end-to-end development spanning both front-end and back-end.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture Setup: Design environments using AWS/GCP, containers (EKS/ECS/Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).
- Continuous Improvement: Manage CI/CD pipelines and drive reliability engineering (SRE).
- Development Innovation via Generative AI: Lead PoC and production development utilizing AI agents. (Note: You do not need experience in every area listed above. The goal is to leverage your core strengths while gradually expanding your scope as a full-stack engineer.)
■Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience using Generative AI or AI-driven development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
- 3 years of professional web application development experience:
- Front-end: React, Vue.js, TypeScript, etc.
- Back-end: Python, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.
- Experience building and operating environments on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience working in multi-person team development environments.
- Experience negotiating/collaborating with external clients or internal stakeholders.

■業務内容
・課題整理・要件定義：PMと一緒に顧客との対話を通じて「本当に作りたい機能」の背景にある「Why」を言語化・構造化
・プロダクト開発・設計・実装：フロントエンド〜バックエンドまで幅広く担当
・クラウドインフラ・アーキテクチャ構築：AWS/GCP、コンテナ（EKS/ECS/Docker/Kubernetes）、IaC（Terraform）での環境設計
・継続的なカイゼン活動：CI/CDパイプライン整備、信頼性向上（SRE活動）
・生成AI活用による開発プロセス革新：AIエージェントを用いたPoC・実サービス開発

■応募資格
【必須要件】
・生成AIまたはClaude Code、Cursor等のAI駆動開発ツールの活用
・Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験（3年以上）
-フロントエンド：React、Vue.js、TypeScript など
-バックエンド：Python、Go、Java、JavaScript/TypeScript など
・AWS、GCP、Azureなど、パブリッククラウド環境での構築・運用経験
・複数人のチームにによるチーム開発経験
・クライアントワークまたは社内ステークホルダーとの折衝経験
