A growing healthtech startup at the intersection of medicine and technology, connecting a nationwide network of clinicians with companies building digital health services. As our medical DX platforms scale, we're hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own the foundation they run on. You'll design, build, and operate our cloud infrastructure while shaping how our engineering team builds and ships.

Environment & Tech Stack

• Public cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) for in-house medical DX services
• Infrastructure as Code across environment build and operations
• CI/CD pipeline ownership and continuous improvement
• Platform enablement: support fellow engineers and drive operational improvements
• Small, early-stage team with real input on architecture and how the org grows
• Mission-driven work in healthcare, where reliability directly matters

What We're Looking For

• 3 years in an infrastructure engineering role
• Hands-on experience in at least one of: building and operating infrastructure on public cloud, cloud vendor or support engineering, or IaC
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
• CI/CD experience, security/network/architecture certifications, and working English (docs, vendor email) a plus
• A self-starter who spots issues and drives them to resolution, and enjoys building in a startup environment
