Are you an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and industrial IT systems? Join our team to work on critical infrastructure projects involving system design, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance in a hybrid work environment.

📍 Location: Sasayama, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support IT infrastructure for client projects.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade applications and system infrastructure.
• Implement virtualization solutions using Hyper-V and VMware.
• Develop and maintain IT standards, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Perform system qualification testing and validation.
• Plan, execute, and document disaster recovery testing.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and support critical IT systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2008/2012/2016/2023) and Windows 7/10/11.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration.
• Knowledge of database concepts and basic database administration.
• Expertise in Hyper-V, VMware, and Dell VRTX environments.
• Strong understanding of IT security, cybersecurity, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning/testing.
• Knowledge of Emerson DeltaV, PLC/SCADA systems, networking, and industrial hardware is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with validation and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and support activities outside regular business hours when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with industrial automation environments.
• Exposure to DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
