Role: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Onsite/Japan(Tokyo)

Who are we looking for?

A mid-senior level Java Full Stack developer to work on a critical project for one of our biggest Client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

• Good hands-on knowledge of Java(JDK 8/11/17+), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Knowledge of Core Java, Spring MVC, Java SpringBoot, API Microservices, Python
• Experience in Angular or React.js
• Working knowledge of Database – MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server
• Working experience in GitHub, Tomcat and Maven
• Experience with AWS Services: S3, ECS, RDS
• Exposure in Agile/Scrum environment participation
• Japanese language preferred, not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build secure business logic and microservices using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Frontend Development: Design responsive user interfaces with Angular or React.
• API Integration: Develop and expose robust RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to bridge the frontend and backend.
• Database Management: Design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data via relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL options (MongoDB).
• Deployment & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD deployment pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests (JUnit, Jest) and participate in peer code reviews. [, , , ]
• Should have worked in Agile lifecycle and have good understanding on how Scrum teams operate

Behavioral Skills:

• Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience who has played Java Full Stack Developer role.
• Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
