We're thrilled if you:

• Have strong Java experience OR Strong Ruby experience for developing web, applications OR software in general.
• Have a bilingual ability in English AND Japanese (not restricted to any certain level, as long as you can communicate well internally, then it's ok).
• Would like to work in new, cutting edge technologies and challenge yourself further.
• Would like to immerse yourself in an international working environment, where free, creative ideas are allowed to be communicated without any restrictions. Doesn't matter where you're from, as long as you have an initiative of your own, a willingness to improve and a motivation to bring great results - then we'd love to work with you.
