About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with experience in modern frontend development using React and a strong DevOps background. The successful candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications while contributing across the entire software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and containerized applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design sessions.
- Contribute to system scalability, reliability, and security initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
DevOps Requirements
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying applications to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and performance testing.
- Experience working in a multinational or enterprise environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless technologies.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Java technologies.
- Knowledge of FinTech, E-commerce, or large-scale platform development.
