Lead the strategic planning process for Japan in collaboration with various companies and departments within the Group
Follow up on the implementation status of Japan's strategic plans to ensure steady progress.
Lead cross-departmental projects as a project manager.
Plan the appropriate allocation of project budgets.
Initiate opportunities for M&A and promote strategic growth.
Serve as the secretariat for the Executive Committee, supporting smooth operations.
Experience working in an insurance company or financial institution.
Excellent project management skills and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese is also must (JLPTN2 / JLPTN1 Level).
Extensive experience in the formulation and execution of strategic plans within financial institutions.
Knowledge and practical experience in the M&A process.
Experience in a strategic department or consulting firm is desirable.
