AI Transformation &

• Developer Enablement Lead

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Leader with a strong software development background and hands-on experience with GitHub and its Agentic AI ecosystem. This individual will drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-powered engineering practices, modernize software delivery, and enable development teams to maximize the value of GitHub Copilot, Coding Agents, and AI-native workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot, Coding Agents, and AI-native engineering practices, driving measurable improvements in development productivity and software delivery outcomes.
• Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, DevOps, and platform teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps.
• Implement AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) operating models leveraging GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Copilot, and modern developer platforms.
• Drive adoption of agentic and spec-driven engineering workflows across the end-to-end lifecycle, from planning and requirements through development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Execute Agentic AI transformation programs, including champion networks, wave-based enablement, organizational change management, and large-scale onboarding.
• Design and enable Agentic AI solutions and workflows utilizing concepts such as multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, AI assistants, and workflow automation within the GitHub ecosystem.
• Lead developer enablement and capability uplift initiatives through hands-on coaching, workshops, office hours, and adoption acceleration activities.
• Integrate AI-powered automation into CI/CD and platform engineering workflows, leveraging GitHub Actions and developer platform capabilities to improve quality, velocity, and operational efficiency.
• Define business use cases, success metrics, ROI measures, and adoption KPIs to demonstrate the value of AI transformation through productivity gains, code quality improvements, engineering effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Experience Required

• 12 years of industry experience, including 6 years leading DevOps transformation, software engineering enablement, and enterprise-scale adoption programs across complex technology organizations.
• Proven expertise in conducting discovery and readiness assessments, evaluating tool adoption, GitHub Copilot usage, SDLC maturity, development workflows, testing practices, deployment processes, and developer productivity challenges.
