*和文は英文に続く A world’s leading Insurance service provider is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect (Senior) with in the Enterprise Architecture Team.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving architecture strategy and solution design for missioncritical insurance applications. The successful candidate will work directly with the CTO and Head of Architecture to modernize application platforms, establish architecture standards, and support digital transformation initiatives across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead endto-end solution architecture for strategic internal applications
• Define architecture blueprints, design standards, and technology roadmaps
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives
• Provide technical leadership across application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures
• Review and approve technical designs produced by development teams and vendors
• Drive APIfirst, cloud-native, and microservices-based design approaches
• Ensure architecture supports performance, resilience, and regulatory compliance
• Partner closely with business leaders, application owners, engineering teams, and vendors
• Present architecture recommendations to senior executives and governance boards
• Mentor junior architects and development teams
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI and advanced analytics
• Promote modern engineering practices and reusable architecture patterns
• Support strategic initiatives involving AWS, GCP, APIs, and modern web technologies

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Solution/Application Architecture
• Strong experience designing enterprise applications in complex environments
• Experience leading architecture strategy and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven success delivering largescale digital transformation initiatives

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)

• 開発チームやベンダーが作成した技術設計をレビュー・承認
• APIファースト、クラウドネイティブ、マイクロサービスベースの設計アプローチを推進
• パフォーマンス、耐障害性、規制遵守を満たすアーキテクチャを実現
• ビジネス部門責任者、アプリケーションオーナー、エンジニアリングチーム、ベンダーと密接に連携
• シニアエグゼクティブやガバナンス委員会に対してアーキテクチャ提案を実施
• ジュニアアーキテクトや開発チームを指導・育成

必須スキル

• IT分野で12年以上の経験を有し、特にソリューション／アプリケーションアーキテクチャ領域で豊富な経験があること
• 複雑な環境におけるエンタープライズアプリケーション設計経験
• アーキテクチャ戦略をリードし、シニアステークホルダーへ影響を与えた経験
• 大規模なデジタルトランスフォーメーション施策を成功裏に推進した実績
