Position: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, training, validation, testing, and deployment

Write production-quality Python code following Software Engineering best practices (modularity, readability, maintainability)Develop and maintain testing suites for both ML code (unit and integration tests) and models (evaluation metrics, validation, monitoring)

Contribute to the design and evolution of ML and Deep Learning architectures under established guidelines. Integrate ML models into existing systems, ensuring scalability, robustness, and reliability

Document technical solutions, design choices, and workflows to support long-term maintenance and team knowledge sharing Continuously improve model performance, reliability, and operational stability through experimentation and iteration

Required Qualifications (Must-have)

2–4 years of experience developing ML/DL solutions in applied or production environments

Strong practical experience with PyTorch and solid familiarity with Deep Learning architectures

Experience with graph-based models or willingness to work with frameworks such as PyTorch Geometric

Proven ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable Python code

Hands-on experience building ML pipelines: data preparation, training, validation, testing, and evaluation

Familiarity with testing methodologies for both ML code and models

Good understanding of Software Engineering principles applied to ML systems

Experience with version control systems (Git) and model versioning tools (e.g. MLflow)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

Familiarity with TensorFlow and/or JAX

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud environments

Exposure to MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, containerization (Docker), and pipeline orchestration

Experience or interest in anomaly detection, time series analysis, or related problem domains

Basic understanding of networking concepts (network architectures, protocols, traffic analysis, monitoring systems)

Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs/publications
