Mobile Engineer

A rapidly growing international start up is looking for a Mobile Engineer to join their team.

You’ll work across mobile development, backend integration, system architecture, and AI-powered features in a highly autonomous engineering environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications
• Work with Flutter and/or React Native (Expo)
• Develop and integrate server-side APIs
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Build and integrate practical AI-powered features and automation
• Use modern AI development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Help establish engineering best practices and scalable development processes

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Mobile Engineer
• Strong experience developing cross-platform mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with Flutter and/or React Native (Expo)
• Experience working with server-side APIs
• Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools
• Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated code
• Business level English and Japanese
