We are supporting a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Network Infrastructure background to support a global enterprise environment onsite in Tokyo.

Location: Tokyo (onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Language Requirement: Fluent Japanese English

Schedule: Japanese business hours

Seeking professionals with experience in:

• Enterprise Network Operations
• Managed Services environments
• Service Delivery & Incident Management
• Routing & Switching
• Firewalls & Security
• Wireless Infrastructure
• ITIL-based support processes

Tech environment includes

Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki, Aruba, F5, NetScaler, Cisco ISE, ClearPass, and more.

Ideal candidates will have a blend of:

• Technical network expertise
• Program / operations management experience
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience coordinating with global teams

Preferred certifications

PMP / Prince2 / ITIL / CCNA
