Network/Server Engineer

You will be responsible for customer support for bilingual projects, Design, construction, operation, and maintenance of networks and servers, as well as database tuning. You will be involved in operational projects using Japanese and English.

① Bilingual Help Desk Work

• Primarily support for client PCs, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
• User support will be primarily in Japanese, and you will communicate with overseas engineers in English.

② Infrastructure Design and Construction

Network Design

This is the process of building a network from scratch. We will propose systems that are optimal for the customer's needs and applications.

Network Construction...Based on the system requirements specification, we will configure the dedicated equipment and software that make up the network.

DNS server integration using Linux, gateway security integration using SGS

Operations monitoring for a major automobile manufacturer (70 employees)

④ Security Operations

Operations for SOC and EDR operations, etc.

Consulting for security specialist vendors

Technical support for security products

Vulnerability diagnosis

Support for building CSIRTs in customer environments

Planning, developing, testing, and proposing security solutions

Creating articles, specifications, proposals, etc. related to security products

Planning, content creation, and teaching for security-related education and training

Salary

300,000 yen～560,000 yen

Working hours

9:00～18:00 (Prescribed working hours: 8 hours 0 minutes)

Shift work is available depending on the project (night shift is available).
