QUALIFICATIONS

• 𝟐𝟑-𝟐𝟖 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝
• Graduate of a 3–5 year course in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (including Mechanical Engineering Technology)
• Other related engineering graduates will also be considered
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work with machines and perform hands-on tasks
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Proficient in English
• Willing to learn Japanese

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate powder coating equipment and robots
• Help solve production issues and suggest improvements
• Support basic machine care and ensure they are ready for use
• Perform all tasks with strict attention to safety
• Coordinate with the team on daily tasks and improvement activities
• Learn Japanese terminology and instructions required for machine operation and workplace communication
