QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a 3–5 year course in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechatronics
• Mechanical Engineering and other related engineering graduates are also considered
• 1–2 years of work experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work with machines and perform hands-on tasks
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Proficient in English
• Willing to learn Japanese

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate powder coating equipment and robots
• Help solve production issues and suggest improvements
• Support basic machine care and ensure they are ready for use
• Perform all tasks with strict attention to safety
• Coordinate with the team on daily tasks and improvement activities
• Learn Japanese terminology and instructions required for machine operation and workplace communication
