## Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our hybrid team in Setagaya, Tokyo. In this role, you will develop and maintain websites and web systems in PHP-based environments, working across backend and frontend with a focus on quality, scalability, and usability. You will collaborate on CMS-based projects, API integrations, and ongoing improvements to production systems.

We especially value engineers who learn quickly, adapt to new tools and environments, and actively contribute ideas to the team.

## Qualifications

### Required

Professional experience with PHP

Practical experience in web development across both backend and frontend

Basic conversational Japanese skills for day-to-day communication

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-evolving technical environment

### Preferred

Experience in CMS-based projects

Experience with frontend development; Tailwind CSS is a plus

Basic AWS knowledge and some hands-on cloud experience

JLPT N3 or above

Experience working in an international team environment

### Nice to Have

Experience with API integrations

Experience maintaining or improving live web systems

Experience using AI tools to support software development, improve productivity, or enhance development workflows
