Platform Engineer（プラットフォームエンジニア）

■募集の背景

利用者の急増に伴い、全社サービスを支える共通基盤の安定化と開発生産性の最大化が急務となっています。技術的リードとしてEKS基盤の進化を牽引するメンバーを募集します。

■職務内容

・AWS EKSを中心とした共通基盤の構築・運用・アップグレード

・開発者の生産性を高めるプラットフォーム（CI/CD、開発環境など）の自動化・標準化

・モニタリング（Datadog等）を活用した信頼性向上およびコスト/パフォーマンス最適化

・中長期の基盤アーキテクチャ設計および技術的リーダーシップの発揮

■必須要件

・SRE、DevOps、インフラ設計・運用の実務経験（5年以上）

・AWSおよびコンテナ技術（Kubernetes/ECS）を用いた本番運用経験

・IaC（Terraformなど）を用いたインフラ自動化の実務経験

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（日本語能力は不問）

Role: Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Build, operate, and maintain AWS EKS-based infrastructure and related platforms.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and developer tools to maximize team productivity.
• Optimize system observability, overall reliability, performance, and infrastructure costs.

What you need

• 5 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience with AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) in production.
• Strong practical experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform) and Git workflows.
• Business-level English proficiency (Japanese language skills not required).
