The Role

• The product and engineering organization is undergoing a full transformation toward a modern, Silicon Valley-style operation processes are being rebuilt from the ground up, making this a rare opportunity to shape how a product team operates at scale.
• You will own the product roadmap and drive structured delivery across cross-functional teams, acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering.
• You will introduce and champion best practices in sprint planning, requirements documentation, and release management across a small but growing product team.

Your Skills

• Native or near-native Japanese is mandatory; you will be the key communicator between business stakeholders and a multilingual engineering team.
• Hands-on project management experience is essential; the ability to bring structure to informal, fast-moving environments is a priority over pure product strategy.
• Experience writing PRDs or BRDs and translating ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Comfortable working in both waterfall and agile environments, with a willingness to act as an internal advocate for agile adoption.
• A light technical background sufficient to hold credible conversations with engineers is a strong advantage.
