Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Program Manager (CPM) to lead strategic engagements for our clients in Japan. This role focuses on forming strong executive relationships, overseeing end-to-end program management for Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) initiatives, and driving successful adoption of Google Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and English, with a foundational understanding of Google Workspace (GWS) engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Management:

· Form and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite and Senior IT teams, to understand customer business goals within their specific industries.

· Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that guide customers through their innovation lifecycle.

· Cultivate long-term executive relationships to understand customer objectives and facilitate their migration to Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) products.

Program Management & Execution:

· Oversee end-to-end program management for the customer's GDC program, encompassing planning, delivery, tracking, and risk mitigation.

· Accelerate migrations to GDC Air-Gapped by influencing stakeholders and proactively removing roadblocks.

· Drive the achievement of key project milestones.

Customer Advocacy & Partnership:

· Act as the primary advocate for the customer, providing critical feedback to product management and engineering teams to enhance production experiences and prioritize requirements.

· Manage and nurture post-sales relationships to solidify partnerships and deepen account penetration.

· Collaborate with Google Cloud Consulting teams (PSO/GSD) and partners to accelerate customer transformation and successful cloud adoption.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Japanese and English.

· Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of driving Google Workspace (GWS) engagements.

· Experience: Proven ability to manage complex programs, engage with executive-level stakeholders, and navigate technical migration projects.
