Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Solutions Division for an AI data platform company, you will collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to lead high-impact AX (AI Transformation) projects.

• Lead Enterprise Projects: Drive internal corporate data integration and utilization projects, starting with AX diagnostics, for Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed clients.
• Solution Planning & Proposal: Deeply understand client technical and business challenges, collaborating with AEs to propose tailored solutions using XAION's technology.
• Project Management: Plan and manage project scope, resources, schedule, budget, and progress, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Requirements Definition & Design: Translate client technical and business challenges into functional requirements, collaborating closely with the development team on system/AI model design.
• FDE-type Collaborative Model (Palantir style): Work closely with clients to ensure AI is fully deployed and actively utilized to drive effective decision-making

Requirements:

• Native or Fluent in Japanese with Business English
• 3 years of experience as PM or solution architect in system/AI-related fields. OR 3 years of experience as an engineer (software/machine learning/AI, etc.) or data scientist, in addition to client-facing work in planning, design, and requirements definition

Compensation: ¥8M–12M Bonus

Workstyle: Hybrid (3 days in office per week, including client visits)
