■仕事内容：プロジェクトマネージャーとして、プロダクトの（取引所事業における新規企画・推進・運用）をリード

取引所事業におけるプロジェクトの企画立案から実行、評価までを一気通貫で担当し、スピード感のある開発と品質の両立をリードしていただきます。

・プロジェクトの企画・計画・推進・検証・評価分析

・スクラム開発による、エンジニア・デザイナー・マーケター等のステークホルダーとの折衝・調整

・取引所プロダクト全般の保守・運用サポートおよび、ドキュメント作成やリソース調整等の管理業務全般

【開発/システム環境】

・クラウド環境：AWS, GCP, Azure等の活用

・開発手法：スクラム（アジャイル）開発

・働き方：ハイブリッドワーク（週2日在宅）、フレックスタイム制（コアタイム12:00〜15:00）

・ツール：Excel, Word, PowerPointを活用した資料作成・調整業務

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・Webシステムやスマホアプリ等におけるプロジェクトマネジメント実務経験（目安：3年以上）

・ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整経験および資料作成スキル

・自発的な課題定義・解決能力（領域を超えて全体を巻き込んだ推進経験）

・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力および英語能力

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・金融領域（暗号資産、株、為替、フィンテック等）の基礎知識

・金融規制やコンプライアンスへの理解、それに基づいたプロダクト設計経験

・大規模システム（50人月以上）でのPMBOK等を用いたプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・アジャイル手法（スクラム等）を用いたチームリードの実績

・AWS/GCP/Azure等のクラウド環境を活用したプロジェクト推進経験

・情報処理技術者試験（基本・応用・高度）等のIT系資格保持

## Job Description

As a Project Manager, lead the product (new planning, promotion, and operation in the exchange business).

You will be responsible for everything from planning to execution and evaluation of projects within the exchange business, leading the balance between high-speed development and quality.

• Planning, scheduling, promoting, verifying, and analyzing/evaluating projects.
• Negotiation and coordination with stakeholders (engineers, designers, marketers, etc.) through Scrum development.
• General maintenance and operational support for exchange products, along with administrative tasks such as documentation and resource adjustment.

• Development Methodology: Scrum (Agile) development.

## Requirements

[Must-Have]

• Professional experience in project management for web systems or mobile applications (approx. 3 years).
• Experience in stakeholder negotiation/coordination and documentation skills.
• Proactive problem definition and solving abilities (experience leading cross-functional initiatives).
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

[Nice-to-Have]

• Foundational knowledge of the financial domain (crypto assets, stocks, FX, fintech, etc.).
• Understanding of financial regulations/compliance and experience in product design based on these requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale projects (over 50 man-months) using PMBOK or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record of team leadership using Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
• Experience driving projects utilizing cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• IT certifications such as Fundamental/Applied/Advanced Information Technology Engineer Examination.
