エンジニアを募集します。

業務内容

• 自社SaaSプロダクトの機能開発・改善
• 顧客向け受託開発（業務管理システム、マーケティングツール、採用管理ツール等）
• 外部APIとの連携機能の設計・実装
• データ収集・解析を目的としたスクレイピング系ツールの開発
• 社内開発基盤の整備

このポジションの特徴

• 営業活動・顧客折衝は専任の営業チームが担当。エンジニアは開発に集中できる体制
• 受注は事前にマーケティング計画と人員計画を擦り合わせた上で取得するため、無理な工数で開発する文化はない
• 戦略企画チームの立ち上げフェーズで、設計の上流から関わることが可能
• 自社プロダクトと受託の両方を扱うため、複数ドメインの設計経験を積める

必須要件

• Pythonでの開発実務経験1年以上
• Webフレームワーク（Django／Flask／FastAPI等）を用いた開発経験
• Git／GitHubを用いたチーム開発経験

歓迎要件

• 外部APIとの連携実装経験
• スクレイピング系ツールの開発経験
• SaaSプロダクトの開発・運用経験
• データベース設計経験（PostgreSQL／MySQL等）
• AWS等クラウド環境での運用経験

Position: Python Engineer (In-house SaaS Development / Contract Development)

Position Overview

Rebranding Inc. operates in the reputation management field through our in-house SaaS products, including "Digital Risk CLOUD" and "Kuchikomi Fueru-kun," as well as our cross-rebranding business utilizing AIO (AI Optimization). As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Python Engineer to support our Strategic Planning Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve features for our in-house SaaS products
• Handle contract development projects for clients (business management systems, marketing tools, recruitment management tools, etc.)
• Design and implement integrations with external APIs
• Develop scraping tools for data collection and analysis
• Build and improve our internal development infrastructure

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Python development
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Experience with team development using Git/GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing integrations with external APIs
• Experience developing scraping tools
• Experience developing and operating SaaS products
• Experience with database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience operating cloud environments such as AWS

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual salary: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000 (depending on experience and skills)
