▶︎ About the Company A fast-growing Japanese Fintech company and member of the PayPay Group, developing digital lending and debt collection platforms used by major financial institutions in Japan. The company provides SaaS products that help financial institutions digitalize lending, credit management, and debt collection processes.

▶︎ Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to develop and improve digital lending and debt collection SaaS products. You will work across both frontend and backend development, contributing to the company’s own SaaS products as well as customized solutions for major financial institutions.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and improve existing lending and debt collection SaaS products
• Develop customized solutions for major banks and financial institutions
• Build web applications using Vue.js and REST APIs
• Develop both customer-facing and internal operator applications
• Work across frontend and backend development
• Contribute to new product development

▶︎ Tech Stack

Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Storybook

Backend: Python, Django, Go

Database: PostgreSQL, Amazon RDS, Aurora

Cloud: AWS, Azure, Docker, ECS Fargate

AI Tools: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Codex

▶︎ Required Skills

• Experience developing SPAs using Vue.js, React, or Angular
• Backend development experience using Django, Ruby on Rails, or Laravel
• JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese communication ability

▶︎ Preferred Skills

• Web API design and development experience
• Architecture or technical design experience
• Experience using Generative AI tools in development
• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
