【仕事内容】 雇用元はあいわ税理士法人ですがあいわAdvisory株式会社の業務に従事頂きます。 【担当業務】 税理士法人の顧問先である上場会社/上場準備会社からのM&A・バリュエーションの引き合いが多数。主にバイサイドの案件を中心とした業務に従事頂きます。基本的に案件のソーシングを行う事はなく、また人員体制を鑑みた受注を行っておりWLBも整っております。 資金調達や株価政策、M&Aの領域において、財務・会計・税務の視点からサービスを提供します。 ・バリュエーション：6割 主に上場準備会社からの引合いとなります。 ・M&A：3割 上場企業からのバイサイドの引合いがメインとなります。 数億～数十
