About the job

This is an ML Engineer role and a founding member of a new AI/ML specialist team inside the AI Development Division. You’ll work alongside multiple product teams, taking AI features from early experiments to production and ongoing operation. You’ll also build the shared foundations that let those teams ship AI on their own: LLMOps/MLOps, evaluation methods and metrics, AI agents, and company-wide standards for AI development.

Need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ML libraries
• 3+ years building production web applications and APIs
• 3+ years with cloud platforms
• Experience developing and releasing AI/ML solutions in large-scale production

Want

• ML pipeline / MLOps / LLMOps experience
• Experience building or evaluating AI agents
• Management or tech lead experience

Fully remote (within Japan), flexible hours with no core time
