Japanese - Business Level A fast-growing real estate data & analytics (PropTech) platform is building out its SRE function as it scales across a rapidly expanding product suite. You'll join a small, senior SRE team right as it begins platformizing reliability company-wide. Defining SLOs, unifying observability, and building the infrastructure and developer tooling that multiple product teams depend on. Expect broad technical and business ownership, with real freedom to propose and build.

What you'll own

• New service build-outs and existing-service operations on AWS
• Monitoring and observability for incident detection and capacity planning
• Platforms and tooling that improve developer experience across teams
• Security-conscious architecture, hardening, and client-facing security Q&A
• Application/middleware operations and performance tuning

Environment & Tech Stack

• Cloud: AWS (primary); public cloud broadly (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Containers & IaC: Docker, Infrastructure as Code
• Delivery: CI/CD pipelines, git / GitHub
• Reliability: SLOs, observability, monitoring
• Small, autonomous SRE team; open, high-respect engineering culture

What we're looking for

• Proven SRE impact - e.g. observability overhaul, SLO design & ops, CI/CD from zero, DB performance work, cloud cost reduction, or production IaC
• Public cloud build & operations experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Solid networking and security fundamentals; scripting / small-scale dev
• Nice to have: team dev, tech lead / management, OSS or CTF/ISUCON activity
