Senior Software Engineer
Overview
We are expanding a newly formed team dedicated to large-scale enterprise AI implementation. This role plays a critical part in building, testing, and deploying AI-driven systems that transform how Japanese enterprises operate. You will work closely with domain experts and international engineers to design robust, secure, and scalable solutions from the ground up.
What You Will Do
- Architect and develop REST API–based backend systems suitable for enterprise-scale usage
- Deploy and operate production environments using Docker
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Design and manage data architecture using SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
- Select and implement appropriate data stores such as Redis, DynamoDB, and MongoDB based on system requirements
- Collaborate closely with domain specialists, enterprise stakeholders, and overseas engineers to deliver tailored AI agent solutions
- Support enterprise clients by developing AI agent systems from scratch and ensuring their stability in real-world workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field
- Strong expertise in test automation for complex, production-grade systems
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and architecture
- Hands-on experience with Docker-based deployments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to design systems with consideration for performance, security, and scalability
- Business-level Japanese communication skills or higher
