〈職務内容〉
従業員の就業管理を最適化するクラウド型プラットフォームにおいて、新機能の開発やパフォーマンス向上を牽引していただきます。企業の生産性を直接的に高めるプロダクトを通じて、複雑なバックオフィス業務をシンプルに変え、働く人々がより創造的な仕事に集中できる世界を目指しています。
■仕事内容：フルスタックエンジニアとしてプロダクトの進化と安定稼働をリード
・Webアプリケーションの新機能追加、パフォーマンス改善、および技術的刷新。
・サーバサイドからフロントエンドまで、要件定義・設計・開発・テスト・運用保守の一連の工程。
・仕様書・設計書の作成およびレビュー、チームメンバーの技術的・行動面でのフォロー。
・サポート部門からの問い合わせ対応や、トラブルシューティングを通じたサービス品質の向上。
【開発/システム環境】
・言語/フレームワーク：Java, PHP, JavaScript (Vue.js, React, Nuxt.js, Next.js 等)
・働き方：ハイブリッドワーク（週1回在宅）、タイムリーシフト制（30分単位で始業・終業時間の調整可）
・その他：自社開発クラウドサービスをフル活用した高生産性な環境

・JavaもしくはPHPを利用したWebアプリケーションの開発経験
・JavaScriptおよびモダンフレームワーク（Vue.js、React、Nuxt.js、Next.jsなど）の実務経験
・日本語能力：ビジネスレベル

< Role Overview >
Join us in evolving our cloud-based attendance management platform. Your mission is to enhance product value by developing new features and optimizing performance, directly impacting the productivity of thousands of companies and creating a world where people can focus on creative work.
■ Responsibilities: Leading product evolution as a Full-stack Engineer
・Lead the end-to-end development of Web applications, including server-side and front-end requirements, design, and testing.
・Drive technical debt reduction and performance tuning to ensure high scalability.
・Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation to maintain high engineering standards.
・Provide technical support and mentorship to team members while collaborating with support teams for troubleshooting.

・Professional experience in Web application development using Java or PHP.
・Hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Nuxt.js, Next.js).

・Experience handling inquiries from users or support departments.
