As we continue building the product, we expect full-stack engineering to remain central to how quickly and effectively Ansvisor ships. We anticipate opening a Software Engineer, Full-stack role to help design and build the product experiences, application systems, and internal tooling that support that work.
We’ll be especially interested in engineers who are comfortable operating in AI-native development environments — people who use modern coding tools effectively, think clearly about agentic workflows, and can build software in ways that reflect how engineering is changing. This includes comfort working with tools such as Cursor or similar AI-assisted development environments, and an interest in systems that incorporate automation, orchestration, and model-aware workflows where useful.
This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning product work across the stack, shipping quickly, and building with both engineering discipline and modern tooling fluency.
About The Role
This role will likely work across product surfaces, application logic, internal systems, and developer workflows. You’ll help build customer-facing experiences while also contributing to the backend services, APIs, and technical foundations that support them.

What We’ll Likely Look For
We’re interested in people who combine strong software fundamentals with speed, product sense, and comfort using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You:
- Have experience building and shipping full-stack applications in production
- Are comfortable moving across front-end and back-end systems with good judgment
- Can build clean, responsive, high-quality user experiences
- Know how to design APIs, data flows, and service logic that remain maintainable as the product grows
- Understand performance, security, and reliability considerations across the stack
- Are comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or similar environments as part of your workflow
- Are interested in agentic patterns, automation-first workflows, or systems where AI can meaningfully improve product or engineering execution
- Like operating with high ownership in fast-moving environments
What You’d Be Expected to Do
While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:
Full-Stack Product Development
- Building and shipping product features across both front-end and back-end systems
- Developing user-facing application experiences with strong attention to speed, usability, and maintainability
- Designing and improving APIs, services, and application logic that support core product workflows
- Contributing to architecture decisions that balance speed today with scalability over time
- Building polished interfaces that help users understand complex information more clearly
- Working closely with design and product to translate ideas into production-ready product experiences
- Improving responsiveness, usability, and interface performance across core product surfaces
- Maintaining a strong quality bar for interaction details and implementation quality
- Designing backend services and data-connected workflows that support reliable product functionality
- Working with databases, APIs, and service layers to keep systems robust and adaptable
- Supporting secure, scalable, and maintainable application behavior as usage grows
- Making thoughtful technical trade-offs in a product environment that moves quickly
- Using modern AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of day-to-day engineering work
- Exploring or implementing agentic workflows where automation can meaningfully improve engineering or product capability
- Helping Ansvisor build in a way that reflects modern software development practices, not legacy assumptions
- Contributing to internal tooling, orchestration patterns, or AI-connected systems where relevant
- Partnering with product, design, engineering, and data teams to shape and deliver useful features
- Participating in technical decision-making with a strong sense of product impact
- Helping bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous product and engineering problems
You’re a strong builder across the stack
You’re comfortable moving from interface work to backend logic without losing quality in either direction.
You’re AI-native in how you work
You already use tools like Cursor or similar AI-assisted development environments thoughtfully and effectively. You see them as part of how modern engineering gets done.
You’re interested in agentic systems
You’re curious about workflows that involve orchestration, automation, model-aware behavior, or multi-step AI-supported logic — and you know how to approach them pragmatically.
You ship with ownership
You don’t wait for perfect clarity. You can move from rough problem definition to shipped implementation with good judgment.
You care about product quality
You understand that good engineering is not just technical correctness. It also includes usability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Likely Requirements
We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:
- Experience building production full-stack applications
- Strong skills in modern front-end development, likely including React and TypeScript or similar technologies
- Experience with backend development, APIs, and data-connected application systems
- Comfort working with databases, service design, and scalable application architecture
- Strong software engineering fundamentals across performance, maintainability, and security
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar coding environments
- Ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe
These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:
- Experience building AI-native product features or internal developer tooling
- Experience with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, or automation-heavy application flows
- Strong portfolio or GitHub showing thoughtful product and engineering work
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments with high ownership
- Familiarity with modern backend frameworks, cloud deployment, and production observability
- Evidence of using AI coding tools in a way that improves output quality, speed, or technical leverage
Ansvisor is building in a fast-changing technical and product environment. The product needs engineers who can move quickly, think across the stack, and build with modern tools and methods that increase leverage rather than slow teams down.
The person in this role would help shape not only what Ansvisor ships, but also how the company builds software. Their work would influence product quality, engineering speed, internal tooling, and the company’s ability to take advantage of AI-native development practices as they become more central to modern engineering.
This is an opportunity to build product systems in a company where both the product category and the development environment are evolving quickly.
