You will design the next-generation architecture for a real-time voice AI infrastructure that serves as the "technical backbone" of a rapidly growing product. ■ Minimum Requirements

• 5 years of practical development experience using Python.
• Experience developing and operating services using web frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience designing and implementing asynchronous, always-connected applications using asyncio, WebSocket, etc.
• Experience designing and developing APIs with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.

■ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical decision-making in the Python tech stack (e.g., architecture selection, defining design standards).
• Practical experience with major cloud communication APIs/SDKs.
• Practical experience in performance tuning and profiling web applications using various observability tools.
