■職務内容

・AIを活用した機能の価値検証から本番実装までの推進

・LLMOpsを含むAI開発基盤や評価指標のゼロからの設計

・各プロダクトチームへの開発支援とAI機能開発の全社的な標準化

■必須要件

・フレームワークを用いたウェブアプリケーション開発の実務経験（目安5年以上）

・AIをプロダクトに組み込んだ開発経験

・複数職能と協働し、要件定義からリリースまで一気通貫で推進した経験

・技術的課題やプロセスの改善を自ら主導した経験

What you will do

Drive AI feature development from validation to production

Design AI development infrastructure including LLMOps from scratch

Support product teams to standardize AI development across the company

5+ years of web application development experience using frameworks

Experience integrating AI into products

Experience leading the full development lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Experience leading technical and process improvements
