📍 2–3 years or more of relevant development experience

📍 JLPT N3–N1 certificate holders (or equivalent Japanese language proficiency)

📍 Ability to participate in development meetings in Japanese and clearly communicate tasks and achievements

📍 Degree in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, etc.)

◾ Preference for candidates with leadership or project management experience

◾ Applicants with a portfolio or GitHub projects are highly valued (not mandatory)
