You need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or similar client-facing technical role
• Strong hands-on engineering skills (Backend or Full-stack)

Nice to have:

• Lead / Management experience
• Experience with NLP or AI-powered products
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese

Salary and Benefits:

• Annual income ~20M or DOE
