Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tokyo, with opportunities for partial remote work. Candidates must be based in Tokyo. As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate closely with clients to design and implement customized solutions leveraging Maira's AI capabilities. Your responsibilities will include consulting, presales support, and system integration. You will also bridge technical and business aspects to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skill in both Japanese and preferably English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and system thinking.
• Experience in Consulting and ability to engage with clients to understand and address their needs
• Skills in Sales and Presales to provide technical expertise and communicate value propositions effectively
• Expertise in Integration and deployment of software solutions within existing client systems
• Understanding of AI-based platforms or solutions is a plus
