Exaforce is on a mission to 10x the productivity and effectiveness of Security Operations teams using a multi-model AI engine purpose-built for modern SOCs. Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to work closely with enterprise customers and prospects, acting as the technical authority throughout the sales and adoption lifecycle. This role blends deep security expertise, customer engagement, and hands-on Proof of Value execution.

You will be a trusted advisor to CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders, helping them evaluate, deploy, and realize value from the Exaforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to provide technical leadership across enterprise opportunities
• Design and execute Proof of Value engagements, including success criteria, data onboarding, and validation plans
• Translate customer security challenges into technical solutions using Exaforce capabilities
• Represent Exaforce at customer briefings, technical forums, trade shows, and industry events
• Stay current on cloud security trends, threat landscapes, and Exaforce product innovations
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical presentations, and executive briefings
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering role supporting enterprise customers
• Proven ability to present and communicate complex technical concepts to C-level and senior security leaders
• Hands-on experience with SOC technologies such as EDR, email security, CSPM, CWPP, SSPM, and detection and response platforms
• Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Understanding of cloud identity, access management, and risk-based security frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Curiosity and getting your hands dirty
• Experience onboarding and working with security telemetry and log sources
• Familiarity with detection engineering, log schemas, and security data normalization
• Good foundation in networking, operating systems, virtual machines, and containerized environments
• Understanding of SaaS environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and cloud automation

# 必須条件

• エンタープライズ顧客向けのSolutions EngineeringまたはSales Engineering経験3年以上
• 複雑な技術コンセプトをCレベルやシニアセキュリティリーダーへ分かりやすく説明・提案できる能力
• EDR、メールセキュリティ、CSPM、CWPP、SSPM、Detection & ResponseプラットフォームなどSOC関連技術の実務経験
• AWS、Azure、GCPにおけるクラウドセキュリティの実践的な知識
• クラウドアイデンティティ、アクセス管理、リスクベースのセキュリティフレームワークへの理解
• 優れた文章力およびコミュニケーション能力
• リモート環境および分散チームでの業務に抵抗がないこと
