Solutions Engineer

Gigalogy | Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan | Full-time

Gigalogy is looking for a Solution Engineer to help bridge the gap between technology and customer experience. In this role, you will work closely with customers, the Customer Success team, and developers to identify challenges, explain technical solutions, and support successful product adoption.

What you’ll do:

• Support customer meetings and provide technical explanations of our product
• Identify customer needs and propose effective solutions
• Work with the development team on implementation and customization
• Share technical feedback to help improve the product
• Create and update technical documentation

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer, Technical Support, or similar role
• Basic understanding of APIs and web applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Business-level Japanese (N2 or above); English is a plus
