職務内容

1. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for sales activities (product explanations, demonstrations, proposal preparation, etc.)
  • Respond to technical inquiries from customers (answering questions, troubleshooting, etc.) and work with HQ in Germany
  • Provide technical support for product installation, setup, and maintenance
  • Conduct technical training and instruction for customers
  • Provide technical information and training to the sales team

2. Required Skills

  • Technical expertise: Knowledge related to equipment (mechanical, electrical, chemical, etc.)
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and deliver presentations
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze customer issues and propose solutions
  • Language skills:
  1. Native or business-level Japanese
  2. Business-level English

  • Strong intellectual curiosity in technology and willingness to continuously learn new technologies
  • Ability to think and act from the customer’s perspective
  • Open to change and proactive in adopting new technologies and knowledge
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with others

4. Experience

  • Practical experience with equipment (design, development, maintenance, etc.) :
Experience in motorized stages (design, sales, control programming, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Sales field experience (especially technical sales, Field sales, Application sales, etc.)
  • Industry experience (e.g., semiconductor, automotive, trading/import of foreign machines )
