About the Opportunity:

We are recruiting a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a premier global digital entertainment enterprise operating large-scale online service infrastructure. In this role, you will lead release management, mitigate technical risks, and optimize delivery pipelines for platforms that serve millions of active users worldwide. The position offers an international work environment with cross-border collaboration and a flexible hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive release management programs for core online platform frameworks.
• Bridge communication across global engineering teams, QA, PMO, and international stakeholders.
• Define program requirements, milestones, and deliverables while managing QA approval workflows.
• Track daily engineering tasks, dependencies, and operational risks across multi-functional groups.
• Lead retrospectives and root cause analysis (RCA) to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven background leading programs in software development or Technical Program Management.
• Demonstrated experience with release planning, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and QA management.
• Technical literacy required to communicate effectively with platform and software engineers.
• Business-level English proficiency for international meetings, documentation, and facilitation.
• Fluent Japanese communication for close domestic collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Scrum Master certification or hands-on Agile Facilitator experience.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, developer tools, CI/CD, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Passion for interactive media, digital platforms, or entertainment technology.
