Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of product and engineering projects, including resource coordination, backlog prioritization, development progress tracking, release management, staged rollout, and post-release review, ensuring timely delivery of iteration goals and strategic initiatives.
2. プロダクトおよび開発プロジェクトにおいて、リソース調整、Backlogの優先順位管理、開発進捗管理、リリース対応、段階的リリース（グレースケール運用）、およびリリース後の振り返りまで、プロジェクト全体の進行管理を担い、各イテレーションおよび重要プロジェクトの期限内完了を確保する。
3. Proactively identify potential risks and schedule constraints, communicate them in a timely manner, and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation and contingency plans.
4. プロジェクトにおけるスケジュールやリスクを早期に把握し、関係チームと連携しながら適切なリスク管理および対応策の策定を推進する。
5. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to standardize project processes and tools, break down functional silos, and improve cross-functional collaboration efficiency.
6. プロダクト、開発、ビジネス各チームと密に連携し、プロジェクト管理プロセスやツールの標準化を推進するとともに、部門間の連携を強化し、開発・プロダクトチームの協働効率を向上させる。
7. Build and maintain engineering metrics and project performance indicators, analyze development data, identify bottlenecks such as resource inefficiencies or process issues, and promote best practices across teams.
8. 開発関連の指標およびプロジェクトデータを収集・分析し、リソースの非効率やプロセス上の課題を特定するとともに、改善施策およびベストプラクティスをチーム間で共有する。
9. Maintain resource planning and allocation visibility within the product and engineering teams to enable efficient and flexible resource utilization.
10. プロダクト・開発チーム内のリソース計画および配分状況を管理し、透明性のあるリソース管理と柔軟な調整を実現する。
11. Collaborate with corporate and support functions to provide project-related data and reports, including development costs and resource utilization.
12. コーポレート部門やサポート部門と連携し、開発コストやリソース投入状況などの各種データを整理・提供する。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in the software or technology industry, including at least 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
2. 学士号以上。ソフトウェアまたはIT業界で5年以上の経験を有し、3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方。
3. Familiarity with mainstream project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall, with the ability to apply hybrid approaches depending on project needs.
4. アジャイル（Scrum）およびウォーターフォールなどのプロジェクト管理手法に精通し、プロジェクトに応じて柔軟に活用できる方。
5. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Feishu Projects, or similar tools, and the ability to independently set up workflows or project management frameworks.
6. Jira、Feishu Projectsなどのプロジェクト管理ツールを使用した経験があり、業務に応じたワークフロー設計や管理体制の構築ができる方。
7. Strong communication and learning ability, capable of quickly understanding team structures, technical processes, and business requirements.
8. 高いコミュニケーション能力および学習能力を有し、チーム構成や業務内容を迅速に理解できる方。
9. Business-level English communication skills preferred; experience in the securities or fintech industry is a plus. Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
10. 英語もしくは中国語でのコミュニケーション能力。証券会社またはフィンテック業界での経験があれば尚可。海外チームとの時差を伴うプロジェクトへの対応が可能な方。
