• In this position, the individual will be responsible to develop NAND memory test program on wafer level, push the quality and test cost envelope of flash memory and/or future memory which is used in best-in-class high-density storage application
• The individual will be responsible for working in partnership with NAND device, design, product, and all other related teams to drive test engineering technology to improved quality and reliability
• The individual will be responsible for defining, developing and executing NAND flash memory tests; analyze & report data to cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements
• The individual will be responsible for not only pass/fail of test programs but also for high quality data for fab process feed back. 資格 Mandatory
• Semi conductor test engineering experience
• Test program evaluation experience using ATE
• Test program development experience for any memory test
• Communication skill to work as one team on development and enhancement works
• English skill to communicate with email and chat, also presentation material creation Good to have
• Software experience using C/C and/or Python
• NAND Flash and/or DRAM device evaluation experience
• Experience on test time reduction and/or yield enhancement works
• semi conductor device characteristics, reliability evaluation experience
• Program development experience using ATE
