Role / 職務内容

• Full‑cycle web application development: requirements, design, implementation, review, testing
• Architecture design aligned with product goals
• Building and improving development environments (including tech selection)
• Supporting client DX/IT transformation initiatives
• Using AI to enhance development processes, review generated code, and ensure quality
• Opportunities to join multiple projects and domains based on skills and interests

• 3+ years of professional web engineering experience

• Client communication experience in contract/outsourced development

• Salary: ¥5M–¥8M (based on experience)
