Mô tả công việc
- Kỹ sư phát triển hệ thống (Giao diện người dùng web, Hệ thống máy chủ, Web3)
- Phối hợp với team, nhận yêu cầu từ PM
- Địa điểm làm việc : trụ sở chính hoặc từng địa điểm dự án (trong phạm vi 23 quận của Tokyo) Việc chuyển giao dự án sẽ không bao gồm việc di dời.
- Chứng chỉ JLPT N3 trở lên. Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Nhật.
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 2 năm trở lên trong phát triển hệ thống web.
- Yêu cầu ưu tiên: Kinh nghiệm sử dụng nhiều ngôn ngữ lập trình, sử dụng framework, phát triển full-stack (front-end và back-end), kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật cầu đường, v.v.
Trong tuần: Từ thứ 2 - thứ 6
Trong ngày: Từ 09:00 giờ - 18:00 giờ
Quyền lợi ứng viên
- Mức lương: 300-400man/ tháng
■Thưởng hai lần một năm (mùa hè và mùa đông, tùy theo hiệu suất)
- Các ngày lễ quốc gia, nghỉ phép có lương (10 ngày trong năm đầu tiên), nghỉ hè (3 ngày từ tháng 7 đến tháng 8), nghỉ Tết Dương lịch (30/12-3/1), nghỉ chúc mừng và chia buồn.
- Chế độ bảo hiểm xã hội đầy đủ (bảo hiểm y tế (hiệp hội bảo hiểm y tế), bảo hiểm hưu trí cho người lao động, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp, bảo hiểm tai nạn lao động), tiền làm thêm giờ hoặc phụ cấp tùy ý, hoàn trả toàn bộ chi phí đi lại, khám sức khỏe định kỳ (khám sức khỏe cho người từ 30 tuổi trở lên), chế độ nghỉ thai sản và chăm sóc con cái (nhiều nam giới đã nghỉ phép).

YOUR PRODUCT YOU WILL WORK ON - As a member of the Front team at ShopBase, you'll have the chance to build and maintain the storefront module where buyers interact with the platform. JOB DESCRIPTION - Design, code, and build solutions for developing product features.
- Develop and maintain the core Storefront module, which includes core packages, theme packages, and in-house apps, to ensure the smooth functioning of the online store.
- Maintain the in-house product design system framework to ensure consistency in design and user experience across different components and applications.
- Develop new features for the core Website builder functionality to improve the user experience and meet business requirements.
- Research new technologies and approaches to improve the codebase and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Optimize page speed by using tools such as Vite, Webpack, and Fastify for server-side rendering, and regularly testing and monitoring page performance to identify areas for improvement.
