Position: Web Full-Stack Engineer (React + Python Flask)
Key Responsibilities: Use React (Front-end) and Python Flask (Backend) to complete system design, development, and testing tasks.
Submit work reports in Japanese.
Conduct technical research as required and assist the Manager in providing technical explanations to clients.
Complete other system development and maintenance tasks assigned by the Manager.
3+ years of hands-on experience with React (Redux/Hooks) and Flask (REST API design).
Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+) for daily reporting and documentation.
Worked and lived in Japan for over 3 years
Business-level English proficiency
Experience in creating and presenting technical solutions to clients
